The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, organizational and program oversight, and development and fundraising. This role involves actively engaging with the Board of Directors, managing staff, and ensuring that the organization's programs are aligned with its strategic goals. The Executive Director will also be tasked with expanding fundraising activities, nurturing donor relationships, and overseeing all external communications to strengthen the company's brand and public image. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a personal connection to the mission of enriching the academic, artistic, and personal development of all students, with a proven commitment to social justice, education equity, and language access. Senior nonprofit leadership experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and change management is essential, as is a track record of building and supporting high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in program leadership, familiarity with program evaluation, and a strong ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
