We invite you to forge ahead with us.We are seeking a recognized industry expert to lead and grow our Digital Construction Management services nationwide as the Director of Strategy.We’ll leverage your credibility and relationships across the country to drive growth and maximize market penetration. You’ll balance proven leadership experience with market expertise and confident communication. Your ability to develop strategic client partnerships will enhance our service offerings, while maintaining and extending our client base. And you’ll comfortably collaborate across business units and practice areas to ensure staff and company success.What You Will DoIdentify and pursue strategic partnership, business development, and individual project opportunities. Work to advance our exclusive contractor accounts for the sale of Bentley SYNCHRO and 4M analytics. This will include identification of champions within the organization and developing close working relationships to advance our DCM powered by SYNCHRO solution. You will use innovative approaches to discover areas for improvement and then provide our clients with improved workflows focused on quality which lead to bottom line ROI. Support the VP of Construction Technology with team management and program leadership, including talent acquisition and staff development. Explore, suggest, respond to, and track upcoming projects and programs with transportation clients (focused on DOT’s) nationwide. Monitor backlog, pipeline and opportunity management within a CRM environment. What We RequireTechnical degree in civil engineering, or comparable fieldAbility to effectively influence in a cross-functional environment. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 15 years’ combined work experience of drafting, software development, roadway design, or construction project management. Candidate should be familiar with core transportation software packages for design and construction with a particular emphasis on Trimble, Bentley, and Autodesk. An eagerness both to lead and share knowledge with and mentor less experienced staff as well as to learn is essential for success in this position.
