Warehouse AssociateResponsible for accurate picking, packing and shipping of customer orders. Collaborates and communicates with various stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are being met. Perform inventory control measures, through cycle counts, and quality control procedures to ensure inventory systems are updated in a timely manner.Essential Functions:Support shipping and receiving operations by managing product deliveries, inventory, and order fulfillmentEnsure accurate packing, quality control, and compliance with company policies in a fast-paced environmentStock and organize inventory by conducting cycle countsEnsure quality control by removing damaged or expired products and resolving inventory discrepanciesPull products for customer orders and package according to customer specificationsProvide instructions to drivers or approved visitors enter the facilityConfirm accuracy of shipments by verifying releases from customers or sales teamComplete required paperwork for shipping and receiving operationsVerify all goods against invoices or other documentsKnow proper shipping procedures as far as weight and height regulations to ensure safe transportOther duties as assignedExperience, Education, & License Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required2-4 years shipping and receiving experience requiredSkills & Abilities:Ability to follow Work Process and ProceduresProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelSAP/Visual ERP working knowledge, preferredAttention to detailProvide quality customer serviceAbility to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Competencies:Teamwork/facilitates collaborationCommunicationCustomer focusIntegrity & trustContinuous improvementAdaptability/flexibilityAccountability/work ethicAttention to detail/time managementSafety orientedPunctualityCareer Oriented
