And whoever we're with, whatever we’re doing, we always make it real.Position Summary:Reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the Supply Chain Execution Optimization (S&OE) process for ofi's Onion & Garlic business. This role focuses on short-term operational planning and execution to ensure production scheduling, order fulfillment, and logistics activities align with the approved supply plan while maintaining service levels and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain execution, production scheduling, and manufacturing planning, along with proven leadership skills. This role leads scheduling and execution teams and works closely with planning, sales, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and finance to ensure effective day-to-day supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.Position Responsibilities:Lead the Supply Chain Execution Optimization (S&OE) process across the business. Establish execution planning cadence aligned with S&OP supply plans. Coordinate execution planning across plants, warehouses, and logistics. Lead plant scheduling and tactical planning teams. Develop and maintain optimal production schedules based on capacity and demand. Monitor customer demand and adjust production schedules as needed. Optimize production allocation across plants. Manage daily supply chain execution and resolve operational disruptions including production delays, inventory shortages, logistics constraints, and quality holds. Ensure alignment between demand priorities and operational capacity. Coordinate order fulfillment decisions across operations and commercial teams. Monitor schedule adherence, order fill rate, OTIF, and production utilization. Improve plant throughput, efficiency, and service performance. Manage short-term planning activities including production scheduling, order prioritization, packaging allocation, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Communicate supply risks and mitigation plans to leadership. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, demand planning, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, customer service, and finance. Utilize ERP and planning systems including SAP S/4HANA or similar tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required. Five (5) years of supply chain, production planning, or execution experience required, including prior leadership experience preferred. Candidates substituting experience in lieu of degree must have ten (10) years of relevant experience. Experience managing schedulers, planners, or production teams required. Manufacturing or food processing experience preferred. Experience with ERP or planning systems required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Experience in food, agricultural, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
