This role ensures the effective management of ADVENT’s HRIS to support accurate record-keeping and organizational transparency, delivers precise and timely payroll, and provides meaningful reporting on benefits utilization and program effectiveness. Through these efforts, the role plays a critical part in enhancing the overall employee experience and engagement.Drive timekeeping compliance by partnering with managers to ensure timely and accurate entry and approval of hours. Administer bi-weekly payroll in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Manage benefits enrollment and maintain accurate deductions, working closely with the insurance broker to ensure alignment and accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for leave administration, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for employees. Oversee the maintenance and integrity of personnel files, Onboarding, and HRIS data. Identify and implement system enhancements to improve accuracy, automate manual processes, and optimize overall performance. Own HRIS reporting to ensure leaders have reliable data to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, leave regulations, and multi-state employment requirements; proactively identify and mitigate risk. All other task as requested. Support the overall success of the organization and perform other related duties as requested by leadership. Plan and adapt with business growth and strategy, cross-training where necessary to accommodate different situations and locations. Follow all legal and compliance requirements, including HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy. Requirements3+ years of experience in a professional business environment requiring detail-oriented administrative work, preferably within Human Resources. Post-secondary coursework or bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR certification is a plus. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service internally and externally while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation data. Strong technical and data management skills, with experience in HRIS platforms preferred. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while owning individual responsibilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently. Maintains a professional presence and communication, style in all interactions. Skilled in building and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to take ownership, exercise sound judgment, and operate with autonomy in assigned areas of responsibility. Ability to assume responsibility and exercise authority over assigned work functions.
