Technical Program Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Job DescriptionRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Experience10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Program / Engineering Program Management .Hands on experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 programs or large CRM/ERP platforms.Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Dataverse, Power Platform, and extensibility models .Technical CompetenciesDeep knowledge of:D365 CRM modules and/or Finance & Supply ChainDataverse, security roles, RBAC, and complianceIntegrations using Azure services and APIsPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF)Experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, release management, and environment governance .Program & Leadership SkillsStrong experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models .Excellent risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery forecasting skills.Ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across engineering and business teams .
