If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading teams, and being the go-to technical expert, this role is built for you.We know you care about benefits and perks—feel free to scroll down to that section, then come back to learn more about the role!What You'll DoPartner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsLead the design and development of custom Duck Creek solutions using ManuScriptProvide technical leadership to your development team, offering guidance and mentorship across the platformDrive solution approvals, including requirements, architecture, and delivery timelinesSupport project planning and ensure solutions align with long-term client strategiesTake ownership of customer issues and lead them through to resolutionContribute to a collaborative team environment while elevating team capabilitiesWhat You'll Bring6–10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years with Duck Creek productsDeep expertise in Duck Creek Policy Administration and/or Billing (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)Hands-on experience with ManuScript configuration and inheritance structuresExperience with Duck Creek APIs, Duck Creek Anywhere, and Duck Creek SkinsStrong background in C# custom business objects and XML (or similar programming languages)Experience with Duck Creek tools such as Author (Fields, Pages, Forms, Tables) and debugging tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, Data Tester)Knowledge of Duck Creek Shredding including IDOSolid experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, and related database objectsUnderstanding of the full software development lifecycle, including Agile environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clientsA self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Why Join NLS?Bring your authentic self to the Next Level Solutions team—go-getter, learner, team player.Our culture is what sets us apart.
