ACL Digital is hiring an Aerospace Development Specialist (Maintenance Trainer) for a contract with direct client in Everett WA and Renton WAJob Title - Employee Development SpecialistLocation- Everett WA and Renton WADuration- 12 months (possibility of extension)We are looking for an experienced Aerospace professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician and prior experience in training and mentoring employees.Key Responsibilities:Deliver training on aircraft maintenance, systems, and troubleshootingTrain and mentor new hires and junior techniciansConduct classroom and on-the-job training sessionsAssess trainee performance and improve learning outcomesEnsure all training follows safety and regulatory standardsRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in Aerospace / Aircraft MaintenanceStrong troubleshooting experience in aircraft systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Avionics)Prior experience in training employees / conducting training sessions is mandatoryGood communication and presentation skillsPreferred:Experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance TechnicianKnowledge of aerospace safety and compliance standards
