Our team members are motivated individuals that do remarkable things every day!AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Everett, WA that is one of the world's leading providers of aerospace systems and services for commercial aircraft.The Technical Troubleshooter is responsible for diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical issues affecting aerospace products and systems.Essential Job Functions:Perform methodical troubleshooting and fault isolation on aerospace components, assemblies, and systemsDiagnose failures using schematics, technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and test proceduresDisassemble, repair, reassemble, and test products to verify proper operation and compliance with specificationsIdentify root causes of product failures and recommend corrective actionsSupport repair, overhaul, and return-to-service activities to ensure quality and cycle-time targets are metSet up and operate test equipment, fixtures, and diagnostic toolsDocument troubleshooting steps, findings, repairs, and test results in accordance with company and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, manufacturability, and serviceabilityProvide technical guidance or clarification on repair manuals and procedures as neededMay support customer sites or field operations for installation, troubleshooting, or product supportRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred2+ years of experience in aerospace troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, or test operationsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawingsExperience using diagnostic and test equipment
