Large Format Printer Operator / Production Technician📍 Hawthorne, CA 🕒 Full-Time | Monday–FridayWe are looking for an experienced and dependable Large Format Printer Operator / Production Technician to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced print and wrap environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.Our company specializes in commercial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, experiential marketing builds, branded activations, and custom fabrication projects.Responsibilities• Operate and maintain large format printers including:HP Latex PrintersRoland PrintersMimaki Flatbed UV Printers• Operate laminators, plotters, and finishing equipment• Print, laminate, weed, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation• Prepare and organize wrap panels for vehicle wrap installers• Assist with signage production and fabrication• Mount prints to various substrates including foam board, PVC, acrylic, aluminum composite, and more• Perform quality checks on prints, color consistency, alignment, and finishing• Maintain clean and organized production workflows• Assist with inventory management and material handling• Troubleshoot print issues and perform routine machine maintenanceQualifications• Experience operating large format printers and production equipment• Familiarity with wrap vinyl materials, laminates, transfer tape, and signage substrates• Knowledge of print production workflows and file setup• Experience using RIP software such as Flexi, Onyx, VersaWorks, RasterLink, or similar• Ability to read measurements accurately and work efficiently under deadlines• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills• Ability to lift and handle large print rolls and signage materials• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicPreferred Experience• Vehicle wrap production experience• Sign fabrication and assembly experience• Flatbed UV printing experience• Experience with Illustrator and production file prep• CNC, laser cutter, or fabrication experience is a plusWhat We Offer• Competitive pay based on experience• Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company• Creative and fast-paced work environment• Opportunity to work on exciting commercial wraps, experiential marketing activations, and national brand campaignsTo apply, please send: • Resume • Photos/examples of previous work (if available) • Brief description of your experience
