Job SummaryThe OSP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing directional boring vendors and managing outside plant construction projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and customer-facing communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage turnkey directional boring vendors for relocations, fiber network builds, and emergency maintenanceOversee construction projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherenceCoordinate across project managers, field operations, permitting teams, and customersLead customer communications, including updates and outage responseMaintain strong relationships with municipalities, data centers, and internal stakeholdersEnsure all work complies with regulatory and company standardsQualificationsExperience managing OSP construction or telecom infrastructure projectsStrong vendor management and project management skillsExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsKnowledge of permitting, municipal coordination, and construction processesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentBenefits: Monthly allowance for Internet, Cellular and Vehicle Laptop Annual BonusMedical, Dental and Vision
