2-4 years of experience in ground-up construction working for a General Contractor or Engineering firmBachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementSolid understanding of ground-up construction processes and building systemsExperience with residential or commercial projectsWorking knowledge of structural systems, facades, and interior constructionProficiency in CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam) for markups and coordinationExposure to BIM coordinationFamiliarity with or willingness to learn NYC codes, regulations, and DOB procExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesProactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
