PositionTreasury AnalystJob DescriptionThe Treasury Analyst performs daily cash management and banking operations functions. This role supports global treasury initiatives by leveraging treasury technologies and implementing efficient cash management best practices and banking structures including cash pooling.What You'll Be DoingCash and Liquidity Management:Support Cash Forecasting processPrepare daily consolidated cash positionManage daily liquidity including short term debtAnalyze daily FX exposure positions and coordinate hedging with global and FX teamsCreate and deliver daily reporting for senior managementBank ActivitiesPrimary focal point for support of global bank account maintenance functions including opening/closing/modifying of bank accounts, legal signer management and bank KYC processesSupport the Treasury Manager with set up of banking structures and cash poolsSupport the Treasury Manager with collection and analysis of pricing proposalsUtilize treasury technology to develop reporting for monthly fee analysis and recommend cost savingsLeverage treasury technology to identify opportunities and create efficienciesSupport credit card programInternal Stakeholders managementPrimary “face” of Treasury, interfacing with Accounting, Finance/AP/AR/Payroll/Tax and other business partnersOtherAssist with projects and ensure timely follow-up and executionPerform cash management-related payments: short term debt, dividends and inter-company loansSOX - Ensure controls are executed according to the policiesWhat We Are Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skills across geographiesStrong analytical abilitiesDetail-oriented and able to multi-task, works well under pressure, effectively manages deadlines and thinks "outside the box"Committed to continuous process improvement and maintenance of a strong control environmentProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel skillsBachelor's degree in Finance/Business or related fieldWork ArrangementHybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.What’s In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
