QA Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer Location: Wayne NJ Shift/Hours: 1st shift from 7AM-4:30PM on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off Job Description Responsibilities: Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluation Quality Assurance Engineering Experience Program process definition and documentation Review/Inspect product Sell off product to DCMA Create Non-Conformance when needed Daily ESD Check Creation of DCMA Submittal Presentation of product to customer for acceptance/ "sell off" Preparation of documentation packages for customer review Hardware Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required due to DOD Project ITAR regulations Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technology, and from zero to eight (0-8) years of experience. First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102 experience Green Belt/ Black Belt certification Hands on experience in a Defense Contracting Environment AS9145- Advanced Product Quality Program Exposure Manufacturing of complex electronic assemblies Inspection Criteria Quality Management Systems (AS9100) Quality Auditing Configuration Control and Hardware Configuration Reporting Participation Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities Use of tools such as but not limited to: Microscopes, calipers, MS Office scanners, printers and copiers Ability to read, interpret and understand drawing, print and specification Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including word, excel, power point Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs DOD experience Equal Opportunity Statement: USPRO is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, disability and/or other protected categories.
