The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical leadership, provider oversight, quality and compliance, and strategic program growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of the organization's mission with operational priorities and measurable quality outcomes. The CMO will have executive-level influence, overseeing the quality management plan, supervising employed providers, and guiding clinical operations. They will also be instrumental in expanding integrated service lines, including behavioral health and public health initiatives, and will have a key role in residency and academic collaboration. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must hold an MD or DO with board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or OB/GYN. An active Ohio medical license or the ability to obtain one is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a preference for those who have been involved in quality improvement initiatives and have experience in FQHC or integrated medical and behavioral health settings. The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead the expansion of various healthcare programs, including 340B pharmacy optimization, substance use disorder integration, and value-based care models.
