You’ll manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, support marketing operations, and ensure seamless cross‑functional communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Asset Management (40%)Manage Bynder DAM structure, taxonomy, metadata, and product hierarchyUpload, tag, and organize creative assetsMaintain user access and train new usersRespond to internal “where can I find…” asset requestsRun usage reports and audit for outdated/duplicate contentCoordinate with IT on updates and integrationsMarketing Operations (30%)Process purchase orders and track invoicesMaintain vendor relationships and subscription renewalsTrack budget spend and provide updatesManage contract and license documentationCross‑Functional Support (20%)Triage internal asset requestsSupport event logistics and vendor coordinationAssist with meeting scheduling and documentationManage approval workflows and project updatesGeneral Administration (10%)Support new product launch processesPrepare presentations and compile dataMaintain SharePoint and shared drivesProvide backup support during peak periodsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2–3 years in marketing coordination or operationsExperience with DAM systems (Bynder preferred)Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with PO processing and vendor coordinationHighly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive communicatorPreferred QualificationsB2B or manufacturing industry experienceFamiliarity with Adobe file types and creative workflowsExperience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana)Understanding of brand guidelines and asset versioningComfort using AI tools for productivityCompetencies/Skills:Self-starter mentality with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independentlyExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaborationCustomer service-oriented, with patience and professionalism, when handling internal requestsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSuccess in This Role90 Days: Become the internal Bynder expert and streamline asset workflows6 Months: Reduce administrative load on Creative Manager by 70%+1 Year: Improve DAM efficiency and maintain flawless budget trackingWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment.
