Position: RN LTC Location Vestal, NY 13850 Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 22:45) Duration: 16 Weeks with High possibility of extension Job Summary: First Time Travelers are Accepted 1 Year Experience Required Floating is not required Weekends/Holiday No Call Requirements Prefer Recent RN LTC experienceBLS is requiredNote : NOC shift is slower paced - 12s have to be approved by staffing first. Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility Years of Experience REQ:1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care to Alzheimer's and dementia patients in a long-term care setting. Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility support. Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Ensure patient safety and follow infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families. Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
