Job Description Location: New York, NYFacility Type: Long Term CareSchedule: Flexible shifts available Position Summary We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long Term Care team. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and support to residents in a respectful and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Collect and document patient admission information, including medical history and insurance details Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering comprehensive nursing care Record and monitor vital signs and other health indicators Prepare patients for medical examinations and collect test samples Administer medications and injections as prescribed Treat and dress wounds and bedsores Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed Support patients with personal hygiene and dressing Monitor and document food and fluid intake and output Qualifications Current and valid New York State LPN license Up-to-date medical clearance BLS certification (Basic Life Support) Minimum 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred
