Join us.ATI Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital manufacturing systems across our manufacturing operations. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve production efficiency, data visibility, and operational performance. This is an onsite position in our Dallas, TX office 5 days per week.You will play a key role in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives, integrations with enterprise systems, and Digital Transformation across ATI manufacturing facilities.What You Will Do:Business & Process AnalysisWork with manufacturing and business stakeholders to analyze processes and gather functional requirements.Incorporate leading practices and standardizationTranslate business needs into system requirements and solution designs.Identify opportunities to digitize and improve operational workflows.Manufacturing Systems ImplementationPerform implementation and configuration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).Assist with integration of manufacturing systems to other applications such as:Oracle EBS (ERP)LabVantage LIMSShop Floor SystemsEnterprise Data PlatformsTesting & DeploymentDevelop and execute test plans; lead user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements.Support system deployments and coordinate with IT and vendors.User EnablementCreate and maintain system documentation and training materials.Train end users on new capabilities and system enhancements.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.CollaborationPartner with plant leadership, engineering teams, IT, and external vendors.Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on requirements and solutions.Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.Required Experience5+ years of Business or Systems Analysis experienceExperience implementing MES or enterprise applicationsExperience working with project management tools and methodologiesPreferred ExperienceExperience with manufacturing systems or MES platforms (PSI, Siemens MES, etc)Knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations such as:Production PlanningProduction SchedulingProduction ExecutionQuality ManagementExperience with system integrations across enterprise and shop floor systemsSkills That MatterStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong documentation and process mapping skillsCollaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and digital innovationEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field preferredNice to HaveBusiness Analysis certifications such as: CBAP, CCBA, IIBA-AACSupply Chain Management certification such as CPIM, CSCPExperience in metals or heavy manufacturing environmentsWe thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
