Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies and school improvement plans. QualificationsMaster's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field. Valid Principal or School Administrator certification/license for the state of Indiana. Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or administration. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and school management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
