Role: DevOps Engineer (AWS, Python, Kubernetes)Location: Austin, TX -Hybrid OnsiteType: ContractWe are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Python scripting, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, containerized applications, and deployment pipelines while ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads.Develop Python scripts to automate operational tasks, deployments, and monitoring.Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Monitor application and infrastructure health using cloud-native and open-source monitoring tools.Configure logging, alerting, and incident response processes.Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment automation and release processes.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery of applications and infrastructure.
