Job Description Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full arch dental implant center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Tampa, FL. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, providing life changing procedures. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon.Details:Great work life balanceProviding vacation coverageNo Nights/Weekends/Call/HolidaysIndependent practice, 1099100% autonomy; solo practiceAll CRNA PracticeMost importantly, you'll be part of changing people's lives with a brand new smile, 24 hours after surgery!Required experience:Two years experience practicing as a CRNA.One year experience practicing independently as a solo providerRecent experience providing general anesthesiaProficient in nasal intubationsExperience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery centerPreferred experience:Experience with dental anesthesiaExperience delivering anesthesia in an office-based settingEducation/Licensure:Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia programValid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Current state licensure as an APRNCurrent ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.Duties:Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based settingCollaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plansEnsure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelinesPerform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risksMaintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse eventsStay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipmentSuccess in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient.
