This is not a task-based role, but a true ownership opportunity where you are responsible for the performance, operations, and client relationships across your portfolio. Youll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence outcomes, and directly impact results while working closely with leadership as the portfolio continues to expand. Currently, the portfolio includes approximately 120 units across seven small communities with four different ownership groups, along with 64 single-family homes. There are no large onsite teams, making this a true operator role where your ability to manage efficiently, prioritize effectively, and drive performance will be key.
