And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Dress Code: business casualResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, maintain, develop, and enhance the Clarity PPM platform.Develop reports and manage the PPM ecosystem, data, and analysis.Lead architecture design for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions, translating business requirements into technology architecture.Support Clarity PPM development activities.Deliver expertise in Clarity PPM functional and technical specifications.Build and support an integrated platform for seamless experience and high data quality.Integrate Clarity with other business solutions.Minimum Qualifications3-5 years of development experience with Clarity PPM.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodology in software delivery.Knowledge of Data Analytics, statistical analysis, and problem-solving.Lead system integration and data migration efforts.Developed and maintained interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Power AppsExperience in designing and developing custom business applications using Power Apps.Experience in Integrated Power Apps with other Microsoft services like SharePoint and Power AutomateIntegration from Workday, SAP, and other systems to Clarity.Must have hands on experience in building web applications.Experience with CD/CI Pipeline ImplementationProficiency in Clarity PPM development:Clarity StudioLookup Creation and ConfigurationPortlet, NSQL Development & ConfigurationJob and Process CreationGEL Scripting, XML Open Gateway (XOG)Resolving Clarity Configurations issuesClarity Reports and Modern UX ImplementationRest APIRego Data Processor Clarity Data Extraction to Azure BlobOracle SQL, PL/SQL Development.Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTMLClarity Functional ExpertiseProject and Portfolio ManagementResource ManagementFinancial ManagementDemand ManagementProcess ManagementReports and JobsApplication and AdministrationAudit TrailOBS / Group analysis & CreationReporting Expertise using Clarity PPMJasperSoftWEBI/Crystal ReportsPower BISkillsC#, .NET, SQL Server, AI tools, Web development, GitMicrosoft AzurePower BIPower AppsPower QueryData Analysis and VisualizationETL ProcessesCI/CD PipelinesAzure DevOps
