Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesIncrease membership sales and retail salesGreet visitors and provide an excellent customer experienceBook appointments in person, phone or textRepresent the salon and improve overall sales Contribute to group operations, such as inventoryMaintain a clean and inviting environmentAttend monthly employee meeting/trainingRequired Skills1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.Strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work some weekends and some eveningsExperience with MindBody Software is a plus!Experience with Lash Extensions are a plus!WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?Hourly wagePersonal Time Off after 6 months with an average of 26 hours a week.
