Empower.Position AnnouncementSUMMARY:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Title I Reading Intervention Teacher to join our team at Merritt Elementary. This full-time (1.0FTE) position is focused on supporting students who require additional assistance in developing their reading skills. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students to create a positive and effective learning environment that fosters literacy development and a love for reading.POSITION DESCRIPTION:As a Title I Reading Intervention Teacher, your primary mission is to support students in grades K-2 through small-group instruction. The ideal candidate uses data-driven decision making to identify student needs, plan effective interventions and monitor progress to ensure measurable growth in reading.
