It's part quality, part lab science, and part process optimization.As a Quality Assurance Lab Technician, you'll be the critical link between production and performance. You'll make sure our aluminum billet products meet customer specs, run lab tests, and help improve processes across the board.Operate precision lab equipment (spectrometers, optical microscopes, CNC machines)Prepare and analyze test samples to ensure chemical composition and performance standards are metSupport Production and Metallurgy teams with real-time test results and process dataKeep documentation tight - from test records to ISO compliance tracking (9001, 14001, 45001)Train others on lab procedures and equipment usageMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab spaceKeep safety, traceability, and product quality front and center at all times Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded team player who thrives in a dynamic, industrial setting.
