We are currently looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join our company.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR JOB SUMMARY:
The Contract Administrator position requires ability to deal with contractors in a professional manner. This person must possess great interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be sales oriented and have a high level of organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe. General accounting knowledge a plus. Excellent grammatical skills are required.
CONTRACT ADMIN ASSIST DUTIES:
Contract processing/review
Assist PM's with job costing
OCIP reporting
Processing change orders
Vendor waivers
Billing meetings and create billings
Customer/Contractor Service
Finalize closeouts
Final contract review on ALL contracts
File on Bonds for non-payment
Prepare Subcontracts for jobs where we are the General Contractor
Assist with compliance issues
Assist with Contract Admin Assistant position
Accounts Receivable - including pursuit of collections
Teamwork with all departments on company procedures
All other tasks as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Microsoft Office: word and excel

Salary: From $25.00 per hour, DOE
