Production Supervisor

We value challenges, quality workmanship, and work-life balance.As we continue to strengthen our operations and quality systems, we are seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong understanding of quality principles and hands-on manufacturing experience to lead our test area.Position SummaryAs a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the test area of our shop. Your primary focus will be on safely producing high-quality ovens and furnaces efficiently and on time. You will schedule production and ensure proper movement of products throughout your area. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized facility, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
