Production Supervisor Night ShiftFischer Paper Products IncAntioch, ILOverview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.We are currently looking to add a Production Supervisor – Night Shift to our team. This position will play an integral role in overseeing our nightly production operations ensuring our products are made safely while maintaining quality, production efficiency, and meeting production demand. This role is responsible for effectively leading employees in a manner that drives teamwork, communication and effectiveness while fostering development and accountability.The typical Night Shift production schedule is Monday –Thursday from 8pm to 6:30 am, with additional production on Friday nights as needed.
