SysOps EngineerJacksonville, FLWork Location: OnsiteInterview Process: 2 rounds (additional details will be shared shortly)Start Date: ASAP Language Requirement: Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese) is required.What You’ll NeedBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Kubernetes: Experience with Kubernetes cluster operations – understanding of Pods, Services, Deployments, and common troubleshooting.Middleware: Basic knowledge of Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka – configuration and common issue resolution.Scripting: Proficient in Shell or Python for maintenance scripts.AWS Services: Familiar with EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM (EKS experience is a plus).Automation Tools: Familiar with Ansible or Terraform (experience is a plus).Language: Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) required – ability to communicate effectively with headquarters. Work proficiency in English for local work environment.Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.On-Call: Willing to participate in on-call rotation.
