Software Engineering Manager

The Role:
- Lead a team responsible for building, launching, and operating advanced AI services in secure, isolated environments.
- Drive the technical roadmap and delivery commitments for AI services, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
- Simplify complex technical challenges and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in engineering team management and leading the development of large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong technical judgment with experience in Linux, networking, and software development.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance with SCI eligibility or above is required. What's On Offer
