What Our Event Hosts DoOur event hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it was second nature. Multitasking is the name of the gameand if you're good at that, you'll be great as our event host. An Event Host's Day-To-DayGather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests Suggestively sell "extensions" (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren't just met, but exceeded Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding) What It TakesWell-developed interpersonal skills A commitment to great guest service Perks (More Reasons You'll Love Your Job)Free Bowling! $1 Arcade Play 20% off Events 50% off Food & Beverages Work Environment/Physical Demands: Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
