Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

The Sr. HRBP will serve as a key partner to site leadership, driving people strategies that support operational performance, workforce effectiveness, and business growth. This role aligns talent initiatives with business priorities, anticipates workforce needs, and delivers practical, results-driven HR solutions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is a remote role supporting Eastern Time Zone operations; availability during EST business hours is required.Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, the Sr. HRBP works closely with leaders on the production floor and across the organization to influence decisions, resolve challenges, and strengthen employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipAdvise leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce challengesDeliver HR coaching and support leadership developmentImplement HR programs and contribute to overall HR strategyMonitor and report on workforce metrics and trendsTalent & Workforce PlanningLead workforce planning, succession planning, and performance managementDrive internal mobility and employee developmentPartner on compensation decisions and headcount planningAlign workforce capabilities with operational needsChange & EngagementLead HR initiatives and drive continuous improvementPromote a culture of adaptability, accountability, and inclusionExecute engagement strategies, surveys, and retention effortsHR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesPartner with payroll and leadership on accurate pay and timekeeping practicesSupport employee relations, investigations, and separationsMaintain accurate HR data and reportingGeneral SupportPartner with talent acquisition on hiring effortsSupport onboarding and employee lifecycle processesManage contingent workforce as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in manufacturingUnion experience a plusStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and complianceProven ability to influence, problem-solve, and manage prioritiesStrong communication, business acumen, and leadership skills'Employnet follows an equal opportunity employment policy in all aspects of employment and employs personnel without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation.
