We are looking for a talented Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dedicated team at our headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.In this role, you will support leaders across the Americas by shaping and driving people strategies that align with business objectives. This role operates with a high level of autonomy, provides strategic advice, hands-on HR support, and data-driven insights to strengthen talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. You will also lead cross-border initiatives and partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, forward-looking HR solutions.Additional ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipPartner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession, and engagement.Serve as a change agent, guiding leaders through organizational transitions.Implement global HR programs consistently across Canada and the USLeader& Employee CoachingCoach leaders on performance, feedback, development, and complex people issuesStrengthen team culture, morale, inclusion, and productivity across dispersed teamsMentor junior HR members and contribute to HR capability buildingTalent, Development & EngagementIn partnership with the Talent Management Center of Excellence, support HR programs including performance, calibration, compensation, talent reviews, and development planningDrive inclusive talent practices and equitable career growthEmployee Relations & ComplianceManage complex Employee Relations issues; ensure consistent, compliant processesEnsure compliance with multi-jurisdictional employment laws in the AmericasGuide managers through leave, accommodation, and return-to-work processesHR Operations & ProgramsPartner with COEs to implement HR programsLead policy harmonization across regions and ensure governance consistency.Drive continuous improvement in HR processesProvide oversight of key lifecycle experience and effectiveness (onboarding, job changes, offboarding)Guide on payroll and benefits in partnerships with COEsPartner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategiesData, Insights & ReportingUse people and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform talent strategyTurn data into clear insight and recommendations that guide leadership decisions and measure impactOther Duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HRBP roles.Demonstrated experience supporting leadership teams and complex, multi-region organizations.Deep expertise in employee relations and risk mitigation.Strong communication, influencing, and data-driven decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in engineering/architectural consulting; HRIS proficiency.French language skills.Physical DemandsMust be able to sit for prolonged periods of time for computer work.Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.Work EnvironmentMust have reliable transportation.Will primarily work in an IPS or home office assignment.Must adhere to office safety guidelines.TravelThis position may have travel up to 10% or as required, including periodic visits to US locations and Canadian offices (including British Columbia).SafetyThis position is a safety-sensitive position.The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.About UsIPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a global leader in technical consulting, architecture, engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, qualification, and validation services for technically complex facilities.
