High School Diploma or Equivalent Day-to-Day Responsibilities/WorkloadSchedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.Required Skills/Attributes Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders. Desired Skills/AttributesEducation Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
