Employment Type:Full timeShift:12 Hour Night ShiftDescription:Position PurposePerform all duties associated with staff Respiratory TherapistWhat you will doClinical and general supervision of respiratory therapy and BG Lab operationsServes as the key liaison for the respiratory therapy department when manager is not presentPerforms quality audits/data collection as assigned via different methods such as chart reviews, staff interviewsParticipates in the hiring, orientation, and training of the department staffMinimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's DegreeCurrent State of MA Respiratory Therapist LicenseMinimum of three (3) years of experience in respiratory care and two (2) + years in critical care. Requires one (1) + years of previous and progressively more responsible experience in a lead or supervisory roleNBRC certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required. Current BLS and NRP (or obtained within 90 days of hire date); ACLS recommendedPosition Highlights and Benefits36hr, three 12hr shifts per week 7p-7a (full time) every other weekend and holiday rotation.
