A fast-growing, product-driven SaaS company is seeking aSenior Accounting Managerto join the team on atemporary basisto support its global finance operations during a critical phase of growth. This position isfully remoteand open to candidates based on the East Coast of the United States.Who You AreExperienced finance professional with at least 7 years of accounting experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience Skilled in managing financial operations for subscription-based SaaS businesses Confident working hands-on in NetSuite, especially with general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close Familiar with revenue recognition and system integration using Zuora Comfortable leading distributed teams across time zones, including international locations Adept at navigating both statutory and financial audits Well-versed in US GAAP and IFRS standards Known for clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset Passionate about fostering team cohesion and ensuring smooth transitions What You’ll DoLead the month-end close process using NetSuite Oversee revenue recognition workflows in Zuora, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 Manage a small, globally distributed accounting team Collaborate cross-functionally to support the integration of Zuora into existing systems Maintain oversight of the general ledger, internal controls, and audit readiness for multiple entities Ensure consistency and alignment across international accounting operations Support year-end audit activities and reporting, with a fiscal year ending December 31 What Success Looks LikeMonth-end close is completed accurately and on schedule Revenue recognition processes are streamlined and compliant Team members feel supported, aligned, and productive during a period of transition Audit processes are smooth, with minimal findings and strong documentation Accounting systems and processes are optimized for scalability and integration Stakeholders are confident in the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting Pay Rate Range:$70-90 per hour, based on experienceGainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
