Roles & Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care for a variety of ICU patients, including ventilated and high-acuity patients Manage ventilators and perform ventilator assessment and interventions when needed Titrate drips safely and effectively (vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, heparin, insulin, octreotide) Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and eICU resources to optimize patient outcomes Serve as an engaged unit team member—communicate clearly, support colleagues, and help maintain 1:2 (occasionally 1:3) patient ratios Complete unit-specific orientation including classroom plus two 12-hour shifts and demonstrate skills on a pass/fail orientation exam About United Health Care Staffing, Inc."Better Pay" and "Zero Headaches" and Ready to love your scrubs again?
