Any offered contract role will not constitute an offer for nor guarantee of future employment with ENGIE.Duration:Twelve MonthsCompensation:Pay Rate: $50.00/hrLocation:HoustonWhat You Can ExpectThePMO Supportwill be the primary manager of theBusiness unit's Procore software platform, responsible for coordination with the Business Unit's central Procore team, setup of new projects within Procore, and management of users and user profiles in support of theNetworksteam's projects.Administers Procore forNGBU North America team in support of all projectsEnsures all projects are properlyestablishedin Procore, coordinating with the Business Unit's central Procore team and the ProjectDirectorto do so.Supports the Project performance by defining roleswithin Procore; Ensures projects and users are added as neededto ProcoreCoordinates and liaises with ENGIE's and the Business Unit's Project Oversight,Procore Community, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and other functional teamsto design dashboards, reports, and other functionality within/using ProcoreDevelops and providesappropriate Procoretraining for Project Teams and users supported by the BU's Central Team and Procore resources.Serves as the first point of contact and support for project teams and users in resolving Procore issues; coordinates support and ensures issues are resolvedFacilitates the overall adoption and improvement of Procore withinNGBU North America, includingdevelopmentof process and software improvements and lessons learned.DevelopData management solutions in relation to Project Financial Controls and Project Scheduling efforts.What You'll BringBachelor's Degreeininformationand data management,engineeringor related technical disciplineMinimumfiveyears ofworkexperienceStronginterpersonal skillsandanability towork effectively alone and as a member of amulti-disciplineteam.The ability to be flexible and adjust to changingbusiness and project conditionsAsolid competency inProcoreadministrationAn excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Procore.An ability toexhibitflexibility which may require late night and/or weekend attention to address project related issues.Additional DetailsThis role is eligible for our hybrid work policy Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policiesWhy ENGIE?ENGIE North America isn't just participating in the Zero-Carbon Transition, we're leading it!
