Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionSupport attorneys with day-to-day handling of plaintiff personal injury mattersManage case files, deadlines, and documentation from intake through resolutionDraft correspondence, authorizations, discovery materials, and other legal documentsObtain, review, and organize medical records and other case-related materialsCommunicate with clients, providers, experts, and other parties involved in the caseAssist with pleadings, litigation support, and trial preparationTrack treatment, damages, and case developments to help move files forward efficientlyMaintain accurate case information and ensure strong follow-through on all open itemsQualifications2+ years of personal injury paralegal experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active filesExperience handling medical records, case documents, and client communicationComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBilingual Spanish is strongly preferredWhy You Will Love Working HereWe are a team that genuinely cares about our clients and about each other.
