Job Title:SAP Finance Consultant Location:Remote (Milestone-based travel to California – Expenses Paid)Overview We are seeking a highly experiencedSAP Finance Consultantto support strategic initiatives, includingSAP Finance roadmap planning, implementation, and operational alignmentwithin aPharma/Life Sciences environment . The ideal candidate will bringdeep domain expertise in SAP Financealong with proven experience inERP transformation and migration projects(e.g., Oracle/QuickBooks to SAP). This is a strategic role requiring bothfunctional leadership and hands-on expertise . Key Responsibilities Support and defineSAP Finance strategy and roadmapfor enterprise implementation Lead and contribute toERP transformation and migration initiatives Analyze existing financial systems (e.g., Oracle, QuickBooks) and designSAP-based solutions Driveend-to-end SAP Finance implementations , including configuration and integration Collaborate with business stakeholders togather requirements and define solutions Ensure alignment of SAP Finance processes withbusiness operations and compliance standards Provide guidance onbest practices in financial systems and SAP architecture Supportpost-implementation operations, enhancements, and optimization Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Compliance) Travel to client location (California) forkey milestones and workshops Required Skills & Experience 18+ yearsof overall IT experience Extensive hands-on experience inSAP Finance (FI/CO) Proven experience inPharma / Life Sciences / Biotech domain(within the last 5 years) Strong experience inERP migration projects : Oracle → SAP QuickBooks → SAP or similar transformations Deep understanding offinancial processes, accounting, and compliance Experience inSAP implementation, rollout, or transformation programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working withGilead or similar large Pharma clients Exposure toS/4HANA transformation projects Knowledge ofregulatory and compliance standards in Life Sciences Strong consulting and advisory experience
