SummaryThe Parts Associate provides customer service to internal and external customers.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Process purchase ordersProcess internal and customer ordersInventory control including, but not limited to, cycle counts and returnsGenerate new parts businessShipping and receiving as neededMinimum Requirements1+ years' experience in a parts, warehouse, or service-related environment preferredStrong communication proficiency, both written and verbalExcellent organizational and time management skillsBasic mathematical ability for inventory and order accuracyTechnical aptitude with parts systems and related toolsHigh attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasksWork EnvironmentThis position works in a warehouse and shop setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand truck, box cutters, and tape dispensers.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
