Job Role: Full Stack Software EngineerLocation: Culver City, CA (Hybrid Onsite) - (4 days/week onsite)Eligibility: US Citizens, GC holders & H1B onlyPay Rate: $50-$55/hr. on W2We're looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Culver City, CAThe ideal candidate will have:5-7+ years max of Full Stack development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Golang (required).Ad Tech experience is required—we're looking for someone who has built software that powers digital advertising platforms, not someone with marketing or digital campaign experience.Great communicationPrefer US Citizen or Green Card- H1 is fine but must have great communicationCandidates should have experience with technologies or concepts such as:Programmatic AdvertisingRTB (Real-Time Bidding)OpenRTBDSP / SSP platformsAd ServingCampaign Delivery & MeasurementBidstream processingImpression/Click processingAttribution & Audience SegmentationLow-latency distributed systemsHigh-throughput event processingStrong experience with backend services, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD is also expected.Candidates from companies such as Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta, Magnite, PubMatic, Criteo, Yahoo Advertising, Netflix Ads, Disney Advertising Platforms, or similar Ad Tech organizations are especially relevant.
