General Construction - Lead

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated lead for a General Construction and service role. This position involves working on diverse construction projects, including residential, commercial. We handle a broad range of calls and small remodels that include almost any type of home repair. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, and finishing work. The role offers opportunity to grow and lead a small crew and ensure work is done correctly, timely and meet the customers expectations. Candidates need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Responsibilities Coordinate jobs small and large, assessing problems and implementing solutions. Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, stucco, and other building components Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing Plumbing and electrical installations. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely on-site Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Experience Proven experience in construction site work across various trades. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment Familiarity with framing, fixture installation, drywall finishing, flooring installation, and electrical or plumbing work is preferred Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and long hours on-site in varying weather conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
