The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure the execution of preventive maintenance schedules. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring machinery is functioning efficiently, and diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance practices.Maintenance & Repair: Hands-on expertise in diagnosing and repairing machinery and systems.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in industrial environments.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
