Job detailsMaintenance Technician | Lyons, GeorgiaFull-time | Contract (anticipated to be 2 months)Daylight shift, no evenings or weekendsTargeted pay rate: $25-35/hr depending upon qualificationKelly Engineering seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's team to cover a family leave. In this role, you'll be supporting advanced robotics and automation systems at the client location by performing preventative/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting issues.ResponsibilitiesPerform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on systems and machinesWork both autonomously and collaborativelyAssist with installation and deployment of new systems or machinesRespond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as neededSubmit daily or weekly activity reports and coordinate closely with the sites team leaders to prioritize workWhat You'll Need:1 - 5 years of maintenance experienceGood general knowledge and competency in mechanical and electrical maintenance operationsStrong communication skillsComputer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Slack, CMMS, SharePoint)Experience using multimetersNice to Have Skills:Exposure to roboticsExperience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling automationAbility to meet physical demands of job:Use and manipulation of standard hand toolsOccasional lifting up to 50 lbs.Working from heights of up to 50 ftUse and operation of lifts with a manufacturer ? rated capacity of 250 lbs., including tools and equipment (approximately 30 lbs.)Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to access and repair equipment at ground levelWorking on overhead equipment, including extended reaching and manual dexterityAll applicants applying for this job opening must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have US residency at the time of application.
