Senior Analytics Analyst

As aSenior Analytics & Growth Intelligence Analystat Luckie, you will partner directly with clients and internal strategy, media, and creative teams to turn data into decisions that drive measurable growth. Youll work across digital channels and consumer intelligence, connecting performance signals to revenue outcomes, and helping clients understand whats working, why its working, and what to do next. This role is built for someone who blends marketing fluency with strong analytical craft comfortable navigating messy data, applying rigorous measurement, and using modern AI-enabled workflows to accelerate insight generation while maintaining high standards for quality and interpretation. Heres what youll do: Deliver clear, decision-ready insights through recurring reporting and executive-ready storytelling for client stakeholders. Translate digital performance into business impact (e.g., revenue contribution, ROI, CAC/LTV, conversion lift) and recommend specific optimization actions. Develop and refine measurement approaches across channels, including attribution, funnel performance, and incrementality-minded thinking. Support and interpret tests and experiments (A/B tests, conversion lift studies, holdouts, and geo or market-level tests when applicable) to quantify causal impact. Build and maintain analytical assets such as segmentations, forecasting views, and response/propensity analyses to inform targeting and budget decisions. Query, join, and validate datasets using SQL; collaborate with data and platform partners to improve data reliability, taxonomy, and governance. Create dashboards and visualizations that prioritize clarity, context, and action (not just metrics), using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools. Apply practical AI/ML and automation to increase team leverage (e.g., anomaly triage, QA checks, narrative summaries with human review, faster exploratory analysis). Partner cross-functionally to improve tagging, UTM discipline, and measurement best practices across web, media, and CRM ecosystems. Contribute to team standards, documentation, and mentorship for junior analysts through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing. Heres what were looking for: 47 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, business intelligence, or digital analytics (agency experience strongly preferred). Demonstrated ability to influence strategy with insights and communicate confidently with client stakeholders. Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational data concepts (joins, grains, data quality, QA). Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or a comparable BI tool. Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics) and common digital measurement practices (tagging, UTM strategy, taxonomy). Strong statistical foundation and comfort applying methods such as regression, segmentation, and time-series or forecasting concepts to real business problems. Python is preferred (e.g., pandas, notebooks); you can use code to explore data, automate repeatable work, and support modeling/analysis. Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving data maturity you improve the system while delivering outcomes. Nice to have: Experience with incrementality frameworks, lift testing, MMM and/or advanced attribution approaches. Exposure to cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and/or transformation workflows (dbt). Experience with audience and identity ecosystems (CDPs, clean rooms, LiveRamp, or comparable partners). Experience in performance-driven categories (financial services, eCommerce, subscription, or similar).
