Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-time)

About us Come join our dental office at East City Dental! We're looking for a part-time RDH (registered dental hygienist) for every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-5PM! New graduates are welcome! $1,000 sign-on bonus with three month commitment contract! WOW! Higher pay for bilinguals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient safety and comfort, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques. Responsibilities: Probe accurately, chart thoroughly, and obtain clinically acceptable radiographs. Treat gingivitis and periodontitis with prophies and SRP. Provide preventative care with fluoride. See the patient as a human and not just a job. Administer medications to treat oral diseases such as Arestin. Educate patients on proper dental hygiene techniques including flossing, brushing, and using a waterpik.
