Business Process Engineer

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Lead SAP ABAP Techno-Functional Analyst for a contract to hire position. This senior-level role will be part of the IT Manufacturing Systems team, working closely with business stakeholders to design, create, deliver, and support internal manufacturing solutions. The position involves comprehensive project management to support global manufacturing and operations teams, with a requirement for expertise in SAP ABAP, Manufacturing Execution, and Inventory and Warehousing. The candidate should possess technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders and serve as a liaison between IT and business leadership for designated business units or vendors.Gather, analyze, review, document, and communicate business needs and requirements.Ensure the design and integration of customer solutions with IT and business partners, fostering business growth through effective technology use.Engage in "buy vs. build " decision-making processes.Proactively understand customers' business processes, key drivers, measures of success, and long-term business and technology directions.Identify, propose, and negotiate business solutions, deliverables, and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations.Constantly develop and refine business processes, aiding in the development of metrics within technology and business organizations.Lead initiatives within business units and the IT organization.Balance the needs of diverse customers and the IT organization efficiently.Potentially supervise the project work of business analysts and developers.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.A minimum of 8 years of related IT experience is mandatory.Proficiency in SAP ABAP, experience in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with SAP Inventory/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) are crucial.Desired experience includes plant material flow and control knowledge, API development, and SAP ITS Mobile experience.Preferred experience with SAP PM/product serialization and SAP IM/WM configuration.Understanding of Agile methodologies to align with business priorities and iterate on product changes effectively.Thorough knowledge of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management.Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into application solutions.Proven track record of successful, large-scale website implementation projects.Capacity to adapt and apply new business concepts, system applications, and technology.Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal customers, IT associates, external vendors, and IT senior leadership.Benefits:A comprehensive benefits package is provided including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a retirement savings plan.Salary Disclaimer:Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
